Don’t do business with Expedia
I’m writing this post to tell you about trying to resolve a double billing on one credit card for a rental car. I made a reservation with Expedia in Oct. In December, I rented a car, but Dollar Rental also billed me.
I’m trying to resolve an issue with Expedia.
It’s been an exercise in futility. The folks at Expedia wanted me to send them all of the details online. I would have hoped by now that we could have discussed it on the phone.
I have called their call center to speak to someone from another part of the world. I was assured they would get with Dollar Rental Car.
Can anyone help me resolve this? And, can I ask ^EG to actually give me a phone call to resolve this.
