Have you ever been to a Zoom presentation where you felt you wasted your time?

I had one recently when a software vendor demonstrated an update to a project that I can provide input to help veterans.

When I couldn’t see the software from my laptop, I asked the presenter to enlarge his screen so I could follow along with his demo.

His response was that he would get back to me as he couldn’t increase the demo.
